I am getting above error while trying to clone the any repository.

Hello @Debabrata.Palai ,

Welcome to the Community.

I guess you're trying to use your credentials in some desktop tool, is this assumption correct?

You have two-step verification enabled for your account. This means that your regular credentials won't work anywhere but in the browser (where you'll be guided through 2SV prompt when needed). You need to create an app password with sufficient privileges for what your tool is doing. For pushing/pulling you'd need to switch to Git over SSH.
