Hello, I'm trying to delete my Atlassian account, but I keep receiving the following message: "This account is associated with active accounts set for automatic renewal."
I have already:
Added a new user to the workspace
Attempted to transfer the billing and technical contact roles
Deleted one of the two workspaces
I kindly request assistance to complete the deletion of my account.
I have free plan...

Could you check if your Atlassian account is added as a primary billing or technical contact to any Atlassian subscriptions? You can check it by logging in here using your Atlassian account: https://www.atlassian.com/purchase/my/
If yes, you can add a different email as the primary billing/technical contact following the steps here and once done, try to delete it.

Hello, I receive following message when I try to clic "Make Primary" that is disabled:
This USER can't be made primary contact because their email domain doesn't match yours, or they are using a generic email domain. They are able to promote themselves if logged in.
N.B.: USER is me with another email...
