User got added to a Group

We need to know how some users got added to a group. The audit logs only show when and who removed them to the group. But now who added them to it.

The audit log under workspace settings > Audit logs should include information if someone removes or adds members to a group. Can you navigate to the workspace audit logs and verify this?
