A special pull request was deleted by someone but it shouldn't have been deleted. We found the delete entry at audit log, so we have the ID of the PR. Is there a way to view this pull request?

You can't really get it back once it is deleted. If you have the backup, you can spin up a test instance using the backup and view the details in that instance.
