×"You may run into this issue when you use specific browsers or add-ons that hide the referer header for id.atlassian.com and other Atlassian sites. Check for these and then try logging in again."
I see others with this issue saying the actual issue was the account being frozen due to inactivity. Mind seeing if this my issue as well? I've tried going to incognito mode, etc but no luck.
Thanks.

Hello @Jean-Nicholas Thomas
Thanks for coming to our Community to find out why you're unable to log in to Bitbucket. I do see you're active within your Bitbucket workspace. WIth that said, if you unable to regain access to your account or having issues logging in you can submit a ticket through https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/ just ensure you select the "Continue without logging in" since you're unable to log in with your account.

I apologize if I'm misunderstanding here, but it appears you are referring me to purchasing of licenses. I'm trying to connect to a free repository as we are only 2 users and currently do not look to use some of the more advanced features.
My issue arises when I try to connect to login to bitbucket. I'm able to log into Atlassian, but when I connect to bitbucket I get the error above. When I follow the link you provided, I am already logged in. My issue is purely when trying to login to bitbucket.

Apologies for the misunderstanding. I checked your account within Bitbucket and found it was inactive because it had not been used for some time. I've adjusted your account to be active again, and you should be able to log into Bitbucket fully now.
