What happened to the PR Like Button?

The Problem

The like button has disappeared from Pull Request comments

Steps we've already taken to solve the problem

Commenting "I agree" or "I concur" on comments we agree with or plan to action.

Our team is literally talking about a #bringbackthelike revolution, if the like button doesn't return soon I fear this may get out of hand.

I wonder why the "Like" option was removed - maybe low usage?

Searching around for a suggestion to bring it back, only found BLOUD-11371 so far (and it's closed without explanation)
