What is the specs for the instances that execute bitbucket pipeline builds? Can they be changed?

Hello there,

We are looking to run some builds that require require some power, what is the equivalent clock speed the build instances have and how many virtual cores does build instances have? Can they be configured to have a higher spec?

We don't have published limits on CPU usage or instance specs. The amount of CPUs you can see in your build is also not equivalent to the number you can use. Any of these can change as well, but you don't have any way to configure or change the instance type your build lands on. You should not optimize for the currently available infrastructure either as it can change.

The officially published limits include maximum memory usage.
