Hello Team,
We have one workspace that currently no one is admin. Can you please provide admin access to my ID so that I can manage users for the workspace.
Kindly provide the solution ASAP.

The Bitbucket Cloud account with the same email address as your community account has access to a few workspaces. All of these workspaces have administrators.
Your email address is not listed as Billing and Technical Contact for any of these workspaces, so we cannot add you as an admin to the workspaces you do not administer. However, we can let you know the names of the admins for a specific workspace you have access to.
I cannot share names here since this is a public forum, but you can create a ticket with the support team and ask them who are the admins of a specific workspace.
You can create a ticket via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/, in "What can we help you with?" select "Technical issues and bugs" and then Bitbucket Cloud as product. When you are asked to provide the workspace URL, please make sure you enter the URL of one of the workspaces that is on a paid billing plan to proceed with ticket creation. Later on, in the field "Give us more details", please mention that you want to find the admins of a specific workspace and provide the URL of that workspace.
