You've exceeded your user limit

[N_chukz]

 I get this error "You've exceeded your user limit for N_chukz, restricting all your repositories to read-only access. Change your plan to restore write access", while I am on the free plan and I have only 3 users. Do not know what is going on. The name of the repo is biddo.

I'm with the same problem. I don't know if N_chukz is your real username, but the username that is shown to me is totaly unknown.
