adding a team member: no invitation mail sent, why?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I created a team and added three colleagues:

  • Two of them got their invitation e-mail, no problem.
  • The third one never got his invitation mail.

We checked the address and tried it several times the last three days, he never got an email.

Have you checked the log file to see if there are any errors? Enable debug logging and then resend the email. Also, have you tried sending a test email to the user from Bitbucket?

I am using the cloud version of BitBucket, so I don't have access to he log file.
