bitbucket and jira integration is not working

Hi,

Around a week ago we stop seeing a lined commits to bitbucket in JIRA tiket interface (on right side of tickets).

Instead of linked commits we have following message there:

JIRA is having difficulty contacting Bitbucket. If this condition persists, please contact your JIRA administrators.

No changes has been done from our side how we know and after check of all settings - everything is working fine...

At the same time - comments and worklog which has been done via git commit working well (so - integration is working with comments and worklog, but not with links...)

Could you help us to find why it's happening? It's very useful functional for us.

Same issue here, nothing changed. Have you found your answer ? I'll try this, maybe it'll work for you too - issue might be about server time not in synch.
