bitbucket.page.repository.settings.hooks broken in Bitbucket Server 5.2.2

I can no longer load custom JS and CSS for my commit hook.

https://github.com/tomasbjerre/simple-bitbucket-commit-checker/commits/master

It works with 5.0.0 ( 346177353229e1b1c50a90bfaaf644ad1dbd28b6 ), but not in 5.2.2 ( 00a75e9ec56c1335048da2da2232a0a52b98ad72 ). I also tried 5.1.0 where it also works.
