This error indicates that the runner can't pull the image to start. If your runner is behind a firewall, please make sure to allowlist the following domains to ensure smooth operation.

To ensure Atlassian public Docker images are retrieved successfully, allow the following domains:

• docker-blobs.artifacts.atlassian.com

• docker-public.packages.atlassian.com

• d1gyl6kne4u44z.cloudfront.net

• artifacts-public-docker-pub-s3-production.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com

• docker-hub.packages.atlassian.com
