can we migration pull request in bitbucket through bitbucket migration assistant tool

If you want to migrate from Bitbucket Server / Data Center to Bitbucket Cloud with the Bitbucket Cloud Migration Assistant (BCMA) then yes, the pull requests will be migrated. Please note that the attachment (if you have any) of the pull requests and the pull request activity feed won't get migrated. But the following pull request info will be migrated:

• Title
• Description
• Pull request status (open, merged, declined)
• Code diff, comments, tasks
• Authors
• Reviewers

I might have misunderstood your question, but from what I understood, probably not. If you meant Bitbucket Cloud Migration Assistant, then, as far as I know, it does not support migrating pull requests. It primarily helps migrate repositories, users, and groups from the Bitbucket Server/Data Center to the Bitbucket Cloud. If you need to migrate pull requests, you may need to use Bitbucket’s REST API or third-party tools.
