difference in documented payload formats

The BitBucket 5.12 documentation shows two examples of "push" POST payloads. They are different.

Is one incorrect? If not, what's the difference between the two?

Hi Chet,

These are both correct. The first link you posted documents the payload when the hook has been configured under "Webhooks" in the repository settings. The second link documents the payload if the hook is configured under "Hooks" > "Post-Receive WebHooks". Does that answer your question?
