Now I have install the jenkins in the AWS EC2 instance so can you help me with that how can I deploy code with the help of webhook and jenkins

You'll have to set up your own EC2 account etc - but then we make the actual deployment easy for you with our new Pipes feature where you can use the https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/aws-code-deploy/src/master/ pipe to deploy the code to EC2 using AWS Code Deploy
