implement merge checks for defaut tasks in a pull request

i want to implement a merge check on default tasks created for pull requests. I want to restrict merge unless all the default tasks for PR are marked as done.

Seems like merge checks are only enforced for premium accounts. Still thank you for this answer. Really appreciate it. @Saxea _Flowie_
