I have a Bitbucket repo set up to accept an ssh key from a vps. This has worked just fine so far (as of 2021-04-23), but today has started failing intermittently with the message
Connection closed by 104.192.141.1 port 22
The result from
ssh -Tvv git@bitbucket.org
is sometimes successful (which means the key setup is fine), and other times hangs at
debug1: expecting SSH2_MSG_KEX_ECDH_REPLY
for a while before closing the connection.
This only happens on this specific vps; not my home IPs, not my other vps, not my office computer, etc. Additionally, as I write this, Bitbucket reports everything's fine.
Edit:
Mirroring the repo to github works just fine, so this is not an SSH issue on the machine. It's something specifically to do with the Atlassian servers the repo is hosted on..
I am, since yesterday, getting this exact error message, and the debug shows the same message as about.
Please delete this. I am unable to do so. This was not meant to be an answer.
