* I have a bitbucket account and purchased additional build minutes.
* I received an invoice of those build minutes via email
* Now the build minutes got renewed, and I see my creditcard got charged.
* I did not get an invoice by email for this. I would like to have one as it is a business expense.
* I looked on my atlassian account for it but could not find it there either.
So my question is: how can I get the invoice for the transaction (and also future ones).

We are happy to help you locate the invoice for the additional build minutes.
The invoices are only available to billing and technical contacts that are listed for the Bitbucket account. If you are a contact for the account please log into My Atlassian account (account username: email address) and you will find the invoices under the *orders* tab
Additionally, if you are a site admin we'd verify your information and send you the invoices as well as the steps your contacts can follow to add you to the account as a billing contact so that you have access to all future invoices.

I have a question, hopefully you can help me with this....
I haven't used my account for over 3 years, in fact, when I attempt to login, it says I have the wrong information. Very confusing since it was such a reliable source for myself, I'm surprised the account went off and changed everything without telling me.
I guess my question is, was my account ever going to let me know it had moved on?
