"We couldn't log you in" error

Hello, I was trying to log in using my personal account, and now my browser is stuck showing this "we couldn't log you in" error and I cannot get into my work account. I can get log into my work account if I open a new incognito window, but a normal browser window not in incognito mode is stuck on the we couldn't log you in message even after clearing cookies.

I saw some other support messages saying it may be due to a dormant account and to submit a new question, that is likely the case with my personal account. But I should be able to switch to my work account log in even if something is wrong with my personal account.

Welcome to the community.

I checked your Bitbucket Cloud account on our end but it was not marked as a "Dormant" account.

Since you were able to log in via an incognito window, this seems to be a browser issue. Would it be possible for you to try to turn off any browser extensions/add-ons you currently have that might be interfering with the login process?
