you are right, disabling from the manage add on, was needed.
Disabling the Notifyr fixed the issue on pull request navigation. J and K keys work now.
so what should we do ?
how can i go back to the old version which atleast sent notification to others then f-master.

How do you mean for this repository? I'm assuming you meant the repository hooks? This isn't what I meant - you need to disable them from the 'manage add-ons' admin screen.

That's going to cause a lot of things to break. We think you have a plugin installed in your Stash instance that is causing that bug. Can you please open a support ticket and attach a support zip? Thanks!

You can also try disabling your plugins one at a time if you want to test it before raising a support ticket.
