We have Bitbucket integrated with Jira and use smart commits with commands like <Issue ID> #comment <commnet> #resolve. That has been working fine until it stopped working a couple of days ago. What could be wrong? Any changes in that area? Thanks for your help!
Hey Vlad, is this occurring for all users, all the time? Does the committer's email address match the email address of a single JIRA Software user? Does this single user have the appropriate project permissions to transition issues? Were there any recent changes made to Jira or Bitbucket? You may want to try deleting and recreating the application links. I would recommend opening a support ticket at support.atlassian.com if you have a valid support license.
