transfer admin user without the user

Does anyone know if there is a way to transfer admin rights without the admin user. The admin user has left us without giving his password so we are not able to change any details of them to another person.

If the bit bucket was cloud based as I only found out now that it is.

If you have access to his mailbox, try resetting his password.

If not, contact Atlassian.
