Can you please use state code instead of full state name. For Example orrissa (OR), West Bengal (WB). I think in your case for karnataka, please use KA. or if this not works change the code.

For the field State/ Province, it is the state code and not name of the state.As an example, for Delhi, India it was "DL".

So in your case, it should accept KA.
