unable to connect bitbucket

I am facing in connecting to bitbucket, getting blow error. 

git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false --no-optional-locks fetch origin
remote: Bitbucket Cloud recently stopped supporting account passwords for Git authentication.

remote: App passwords are recommended for most use cases and can be created in your Personal settings:

As of March 1, 2022, you can no longer use your account password for Git authentication. This is explained in more detail in https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-articles/Announcement-Bitbucket-Cloud-account-password-usage-for-Git-over/ba-p/1948231

Following the steps there, you should create an App Password and change the password you're using for the Git operations - https://bitbucket.org/account/settings/app-passwords/
