where do i retrieve my invoices

cant find any of the invoices which are charged to the credit card on the account.

Hey Riaz, do you have the Org Admin role on your Atlassian Organization? 

You can check at https://admin.atlassian.com. Once logged in with your account, if you have the access, you can find your user account in the Directory tab and the "Org Admin" lozenge will appear next to it. 

Navigate to the Billing tab, and next to the product/site that you need invoices for click "Manage". This will take you to the billing section for that site. In the left side panel select "Billing Details" and here you can see the Technical and Primary Billing contacts. You need to be a Primary or "Billing Contact" in order to access the invoices. You can manage those contacts from this page. Also, if needed you can add email addresses to which the invoices will be forwarded.
