why i am not getting <author> tag in rss feed in bitbucket??

Question is similar to:

https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/260298/tag-missing-from-bitbucket-rss-feed

I am getting the same tag from some repos and not from some repos. Please explain what do i have to do to enable this tag in all the repos.
