Based on a security advisory received from Atlassian, my IT team upgraded our version of Bitbucket Data Center and Server from 5.9.0 to 7.17.1. After this upgrade, an alert is active in Bitbucket that says "Your license is not valid for this version of Bitbucket. Users will not be able to push code to repositories hosted on Bitbucket."
The license settings say that our license expired in 2019, but I have a payment confirmation from Atlassian that our license is renewed through August 2022.
How do I get Bitbucket synced up with the correct license information?
Thank you.
Hey @Mark McGahan , welcome to the Community!
I do see that your license is still current. One thing that often occurs however is that the licenses are renewed through Atlassian's billing services, but the renewed licenses aren't applied back into Bitbucket Server. This often affects people when they upgrade, as the upgraded version will need the new license key from the renewal.

Yes, our license settings had not been updated with the latest license key. Thanks.

Hi @Mark McGahan!
The members of the community aren't really equipped to help with license issues.
If you believe (and you have proof) that your license should not be expired, I would contact support for assistance, which you can do here:
https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
I hope that helps!
