Recommended version of SBT for building Zephyr Importer from source

My OS is Windows 10 Pro and I have JDKs 1.6.0_37 and 1.8.0_211 installed.

I had tried to compile the project using sbt v1.2.8 but nothing happened and no dependencies were downloaded. I always got the typeSafeResolver error.

I then installed SBT v0.13.18 and made some progress though now commons-vfs2 has not been downloaded.

So my question is which is the recommended version of SBT for a local build? Thanks in advance.
