Refresh Jira data source on Tableau Server

I have everything set up according to Jira’s documentation to allow refresh of Jira data extract using Jira connector, but the refresh is getting to a point then failing on the server.

In addition to what Kinnera wrote before, it is not clear from your message which app you're using to connect Jira to Tableau.

If you are referring to the app Tableau Connector Pro or Jira (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214641/tableau-connector-pro-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview) then please share the screenshot of the error and also the connector URL with us for further analysis.
