How can we contact support to remove the email address from suppression? When we tried to contact support, the system asked for the workspace ID, which we don't know.

If you can log in to the affected account in community and create a post, we can help you here. We have Atlassian staff checking community. Atlassian staff can also see the email address of users who create a question or post an answer.
Does this issue occur with the email address of the account you used to make this post? If so, I can see in our logs that there was a hard bounce event and I removed your email address from our suppression list.
