Removing emails from suppression list

Hi there,

A few days ago, our company's emails had issues receiving external emails for a few hours, and after that, some of our developers' stopped receiving any emails. Could you check if the following emails are added to your suppression list?

brock@modiface.com
cara@modiface.com
shiqi@modiface.com
kyungmoon@modiface.com
michael@modiface.com
wendy@modiface.com

Hi, @kyungmoon!

Thanks for contacting the Atlassian Community!

I've checked the email addresses mentioned in the thread and, I could confirm that our SMTP servers were suppressing them due to an issue delivering messages.

I went ahead and removed your entire domain from our suppression list, so they should be able to receive messages normally now.

Would you be able to confirm things look good from your end?
