Reverting a Pull request using Revert Button and merge the new PR broke the Master.

Hi All,

I have a scenario. 

  1. Created a PR.
  2. Merged that using merge button.
  3. It run the Pipeline and deployed everything in my salesforce org.
  4. Now I didn't want the changes to I clicked on Revert button on the Merged PR.
  5. The pipeline didn't run against my Salesforce org. Why?
  6. Then I merged the new reverted Pull request that bitbucket generated and that broke my Master branch.

I want the answer for point 5. Why didn't the pipeline run?
