Hi, welcome to the Community!
You won't be able to see their private repositories unless they give you permissions to see them. Being the admin lets you administer the team, but doesn't give you any special power over their individual accounts.
Let us know if you have any questions!
Best regards,
Ana
Hi again! As a Team admin you'll be able to update the team's settings and the settings of any team-owned repositories, note that it's not implicit that you'll get permissions to see all of the team-owned repos. However, as an admin, you can grant yourself permissions to see those repositories if so you wish. These settings can be adjusted here:
Note as well that being an admin will allow you to see the team repositories, but won't make you able to see the private repositories of your member's private accounts.
For more info you can read Control access to your team's private content.
Let us know if this is clear or if you have any other questions!
Kind regards,
Ana
