I have a git-svn repository which I initially cloned via a different client (not sure whether it was TortoiseGit or Msysgit). I then opened this repo in Sourcetree (0.9.2.1) and it does show the Subversion & git-svn remote in the left panel, but if I do Pull/Pull from remote: Subversion then it doesn't show the subversion URL (nor does it let me edit the field) so it won't proceed with the pull. The Mac version (1.5.8) shows the URL correctly and lets me pull. I have similar problems with dcommit/push.
Are there any other extra steps I need to do to inform Sourcetree of the git-svn metadata?
Git-svn isn't officially supported yet in the Windows port, there's enough functionality there to allow you to operate on the repo, create new commits etc but the push/pull functionality isn't there yet.
The Windows version is catching up with the Mac version (submodule support and git-flow were recently checked off the list), you can see a high-level list of differences in the FAQ under 'What are the differences between the Mac and Windows versions' http://sourcetreeapp.com/faq/
