Stash: is it possible to access low-level git command options (e.g., git diff -w) when configuring?

When we create a pull request in stash, it sets up diffs that use git diff. Is it possible, when configuring stash, to choose from among low-level git diff command options, such as -b or -w which ignore whitespace differences?

It is currently not possible to configure Stash to ignore whitespace differences. I suggest you create a feature request in the STASH project on https://jira.atlassian.com.
