Switch back to the internal Bitbucket User directory

Hi, 
As we using in Bitbucket the Jira user directory to manage the users, all servicedesk customers, who ever wrote a ticket are shown in the Bitbucket user list. This is very anoying. We didn't found a way to stop this, so we decided to switch back to the internal user directory of Bitbucket.
But when I try to use the bitbucket internal user directory and disable the jira user directory no one can anymore login in. 

I'm using in the moment the same user names like in the jira directory, can this be the problem?
