We sent an invitation to the user, but they did not receive the email.
Please confirm whether the invitation was successfully sent from our side and let us know if there's anything we need to check or adjust.

I have checked the user's email address and can see that the user has disabled product notifications (which includes invitations)—hence why they've not been able to receive these.
