Trigger Jenkins Job only if Release branch is merged to master branch

Currently I'm using Post-Receive hook 'Parameterized Builds for Jenkins' to trigger Jenkins jobs for 'PR MERGED' event. I can filter the destination branch in the PR DESTINATION FILTER field, is there a way to check the source branch as well?

i.e. Only if a Release branch is merged to Master branch the hook should trigger the Jenkins job.
