Hi Atlassian Support,
I deleted my Bitbucket workspace, but my organisation thermotwin
still shows Bitbucket attached.
Because of this, I cannot delete my organisation or my Atlassian account since I am the primary user.
This is a free account, how can I request for it to be deleted.
Your account can't be deleted because:
Thank you very much!
@yiftach cats You can go to your Products section from your Organization and there you will see Bitbucket with your bitbucket URL > Click on Ellipsis icon(...) > Bitbucket settings > You will see Workspace settings > Delete Workspace (below Update Workspace button).
Should be able to delete your Workspace from the above steps, and then proceed with Delete Organization.
Thanks a lot for sticking with me.
Ive tried doing this but when I click on (...) I dont have an option to delete it.
I have deleted my workspace from within bitbucket already so when I click one of these options. I get the image bellow. I think this is because I have already deleted the entire workspace which is why on the first image there is a small warning sign.
Am I doing something completely wrong? Sorry for the many questions. Here is what my bitbucket looks like.
Thanks a lot!

Thanks for sharing screenshot. I believe you are getting this warning "This Bitbucket app is pending removal. Once you try to delete the app, you have 30 days to restore it." this is because it can take up to 30 days for the data to be deleted as mentioned in this KB article.
We have seen this data deletion happens in few days also and can take 30 days too, i would ask you to wait for couple of days and then check, once the data is deleted(in 30days) you should be able to delete organization.

Hi @yiftach cats
Welcome to the Community!!
We can go this route in order to resolve this issue, we can start by deleting the Organization first and then delete the Atlassian account.
1. Organization can only be deleted when there are no Active product subscriptions tagged to the organization. You can to Product section from Org settings and then Manage subscriptions page under Billing and DELETE
2. Go to Settings > Details > Click on Delete Organization (mkae sure to take backup be fore deletion if needed)
3. Now to verify your atlassian account is not tagged to any other organization, please click here https://admin.atlassian.com/ and check for other organzaitions, if there are any go ahead and delete it (if not needed). You can also visit this page to cehck for any active Subscription, can proceed to cancel subscription under Licenses or remove yourself by adding another user as a Billing/Technical contact.
4. Assuming, we do not have any organization linked to your atlassian account and your account is not a managed account(managed by some organization where only Org Admins can delete your account), navigate to your Personal account settings and delete account
NOTE :- All personal data will be also deleted from all Atlassian services accessed by your account within 30 days after deletion

I seem to not manage to get rid of this.
Which I imagine why it does not let me delete the organisation
I have removed my workspace and billing has no products in it.
Thanks a lot for all the help really appreciated!
