Two developers, two IDE's, one project collaborating via bitbucket. Possible?

Is it possible for one developer to use VS Code & one to use PHPStorm working on the same project & collaborating with bitbucket?

Yes.

If they both use Git, they can collaborate on Bitbucket. That's the only requirement.
