Hello,
I have a paid Bitbucket account, but I am currently unable to log in due to a problem with two-step verification (2FA). The 2FA process is not working, and as a result, I am locked out of my account.
Additionally, whenever I try to contact support, the system requires me to log in first, which is impossible given my current situation. This creates a deadlock where I cannot access my paid account nor reach support through the regular process.
Please help me regain access to my account as soon as possible.
