I need help cancelling migration from a 'free trial' of Bitbucket (Cloud) to paid version - I want to stay on the free/basic tier.
I have received email that my 'free trial' of Bitbucket (Cloud) is ending on 27 Apr and that I will be charged after that unless I cancel.
When I follow the link to the "licensing" page and use "Manage subscription" option as instructed there is nowhere option to cancel migration from free trial to paid service.
I have done rounds through various setting, account, and billing options in different Atlassian/Bitbucket web pages but I can either see that I am on 'free' plan (incorrect as I am on the Cloud trial). Or I can see the 'contract' SEN-*** on the licensing page (this is what the email links to) - but I can't change anything about this contract on that page.
When I try to get the support and select SEN-*** contract it just goes into a recursive loop and I select contract endless number of times but can't get to contacting support. If I go for 'technical issues' support it asks me to post question on the community website.
I also tried to remove the credit card information from the account but that does not work either.
Can anyone help cancelling the migration from free trial to paid version?

I can see in our system that your Bitbucket workspace is already on the Free plan.
Then plan can be changed from Bitbucket's website, not from the licensing page. I assume you figured out how to do it since your workspace is on the Free plan, but I am posting here steps for future reference:
1. Log in to https://bitbucket.org/
2. After logging in, select your avatar (top right corner) > All workspaces
3. You will see a list of all workspaces your account has access to. Find the workspace you want to downgrade to the Free plan and select Manage for that workspace under the header Actions
3. On the new page that opens, select Plan details from the left sidebar
4. In the Plan details page, you will see the current billing plan of the workspace (Free, Standard, or Premium) and an option to change it.
