Unable to login to my account

Hello, I am using bitbucket. When I successfully login, I always used 2FA with application, I when I clicked "don't have key" I was able to put 6 numbers from App. Now when I click don't have key, some QR code or "put key", but no possiblity to write the numbers.

ok, the problem seems in Chrome. In Safari it shows possiblity to add key, or app with qr code. when I click cancel. the choices hides, then I click don't have key and shows 6 digits 2fa and can login. what I am doing wrong in chrome?

ok, I am sorry. Must click twice on don't have key. FIrst it offers QR code, then it offers 6-digits...
