Upgrade bitbucket to version 6.0 from 5.4.8

Hi, 

we have upgraded Bitbucket to the latest version and we are wondering what is happening with Elasticsearch. We have version 2.3.1 but it seems like we need to upgrade it and we  cannot find how Atlassian is describing this step.

Bitbucket is running but the repositories are defined but empty

Could you please help us?
