Upgraded custom image for pipeline build environment

We know Atlassian provides couple of images for Bitbucket Pipelines. As those images contain older versions of Node.js and JDK we decided to upgrade it for ourselves.

We have created and published upgraded version for pipeline image. This image is based on Bitbucket's own Ubuntu 16.04 image (v2.0) you can find it here:
