One of my users claims that access shows "free plan" when all other users show my license which is "premium" (25 users with 21 used)
What might the issue with this user ?

The user is likely accessing the wrong workspace and is confused. If they are a member of multiple workspaces, a default workspace will load upon login that may be different from the paid workspace you're referring to.
Please ask them to click their avatar in the top-right corner, then select All Workspaces and get them to access the team workspace from here.
