Users not receiveing the bitbucket invitation email.

Hi,

I tried adding users to the Bitbucket users list. I received a notification saying the invites were sent, but none of the users received the invitation email. I attempted to resend the invites, but that didn’t work either.

Then, I removed the users and tried to add them again. However, I'm now getting an error that says: "Remove or restore access for suspended users, then try again."

I’ve already removed the users, so I’m not sure why this error is appearing. Could you please help me resolve both issues?
