Hi, It has been a few years since I used my test bitbucket account but lately wanted to get in and start working with some new repos and play around with my older ones. However, I can't seem to create new projects or repos:

Confirmed I'm using my admin account:

Confirmed I can edit my existing repos:

I also noticed that when clicking on my linked Jira ticket numbers that they no longer exist and I can't access my ticket board:

With it being so long since I've last access my account is there something I need to do to "reactivate" it so that I can create a new project or add new repos to my existing one?
Thank you for any help you can provide!
Jeremy
Hi Jeremy and welcome to the community!
Just a heads up, I removed the first four screenshots from your posts for privacy reasons, because they were showing project, user, and repo details.
There is a Bitbucket Cloud account with the same email address as your community account that you used to create your question. This account, let's call it account A, has admin access to the repos of a Bitbucket workspace, but it doesn't have admin access to the workspace itself. An account needs to be granted permission to create projects in a workspace and to create repos within a project, and account A hasn't been granted these permissions.
There is another account, let's call it account B, with a different email address, that is an admin of this workspace. Account B has the same name as account A, so it might be another account of yours. If you believe that account is yours, I suggest trying to log in to https://bitbucket.org/ with any other email addresses you own and see if any of them logs you in to the account that is an admin of this Bitbucket workspace.
With regards to the linked Jira ticket, I checked which Jira instance this workspace is linked to and I saw in our system that this Jira instance doesn't exist anymore, it was deleted a few years back. Free Jira Cloud instances are deactivated after a period of inactivity and then deleted:
We sent emails about this to the email address of account A. Reactivation is not possible because the site has been deleted.
You can create a new Jira instance and link it with the Bitbucket workspace. This needs to be done from account B, since account B is the admin of the Bitbucket workspace.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
Kind regards,
Theodora
