We are having problems with our old developers transferring our "Bitbucket Repo" over to me

I need help as we have moved to new developers as a result of ongoing issues and they will not respond to transferring the bitbucket repo into my name so our new developers can fix numerous issues with our website. I need support to contact me!

However if the account is not under your control, I doubt that Atlassian will change the account to your control.
